Snow or Sun

I am tired of the blustery snow. Peas are wrapped in moist towels on the kitchen counter ready to germinate. I am bundled in a silk purple pajama top healing from either stomach flu or food poisoning - curse the potluck- and tired of snow. I am ready to germinate. Unfurl my leaves, sprout with orange petals a purple center, and red leaves.

  2. ps. I always plant my beans and peas on the Ides of March as my grandma taught me. They too are sending out sprouts in damp tea towels. Hopefully we'll have sun tomorrow and I can get them in the ground before they rot. Right now it's snowing raining windy and the sun is out. And it's VERY cold. I just walked the Ballard Farmers Market and froze my behind off.
